FAQ
Do you travel outside of Hampton Roads, VA?
Absolutely! For a small fee I will travel throughout VA, NC (outer banks is my favorite) and beyond. If you have a location in mind just let me know and we can discuss it!
What type of photography do you do?
I view myself as a lifestyle photographer. I like to capture moments in time whether it would be an announcement such as graduation or pregnancy, a homecoming, an elopement, a birthday, wanting to capture the seasonal landscape, or content for your business. There are too many beautiful moments in life where I can't just hone into one category.
Why should I get a professional photoshoot?
Even though newer phones may take great photos, nothing compares to the quality of a camera and the photographer who understands positioning and lighting and will tell you that you're doing something weird with your face.
Can I extend the session on the day of?
Absolutely! If you feel we need more time, a small fee will be added to your shoot to get those shots!
What kind of gear do you use?
I am a canon lover
I shoot with a canon R6 (mirrorless) for photoshoots and sometimes I will bust out my canon film camera or Pentax film but that's usually when I'm experimenting =)
Do I have to order prints through you?
When you invest in a photoshoot from me you can do whatever you like with your prints!

Can I request a different edit
If there is something that I didn't catch such as a scratch on the face that you want removed I can absolutely do that for you!
If you want to have more of a light and airy style or more moody that can be discussed when planning the location and time of day but most photographers have different styles and I like adjusting my hues and lighting differently than others. If my style doesn't fit what you're looking for that's totally ok! I would love to help you find another photographer that fits what you are looking for !
What is your turn around time?
I try and get a sneak peak within 24 hrs and your full gallery between 2-4 weeks depending on the
